Ross Bozarth

Because of how we practice law we’ve developed a reputation of handling difficult and complex cases. Some cases are difficult and complex due to the nature of the case. Some of the things that make a case difficult involve the facts of the case and sometimes due to the number of defendants among other reasons. We are quite adept at these cases and appreciate the earned reputation. Some cases may start out straightforward and become difficult for other reasons.

We recently accepted, investigated, litigated and settled a case that was made difficult due to the delay on the part of the initial attorney. We were contacted by the client after the initial attorney declined the case after having the case for almost 18 months. In our opinion her case was never properly investigated. Soon after meeting with the client and learning the facts we called in our investigator. After compiling some initial facts, we accepted the case and filed a lawsuit before the statute of limitations ran out. Filing a lawsuit protected our client’s rights and allowed us to do a top-down investigation. We needed to get to the bottom of what was really going on.

After we initiated the litigation process, the insurance company eventually accepted liability and we settled the case in an amount that reasonably compensated our client for her injuries. This case would have been much easier had the original attorney taken her injuries more serious and done a far better investigation. We were so happy we had a chance to help this lady with her issue. How Can We Help You?

We represent people who are injured because of the careless and reckless acts of others.  At the end of the day your case can only be settled one time and you need to know all of the facts beforehand. The reason that insurance companies have paid our clients in excess of $130,000,000.00 is that we get the facts and are not intimidated at the prospect of going to trial when insurance companies fail to offer full compensation. A Sacramento personal injury lawyer can help with serious injuries that require serious representation. We are the Law Offices of Guenard & Bozarth, LLP. Our attorneys have more than 60 years of experience specializing in only representing injured people. Call GB Legal 24/7/365 at 888-809-1075 or contact Guenard & Bozarth online. We would be honored to represent you!

Never in my life did I think I would recommend an attorney. Somehow God sent this angel of an attorney to assist me in my personal injury lawsuit. I was told by lawyers in Bakersfield that my lawsuit was frivolous because there was money in it.

I live in Elk Grove where we don’t always have a lot of choices. Lawyers are one area where we have few good choices. I wanted to work with a local law firm after my motorcycle accident, and I chose Glenn Guenard and Ross Bozarth.
