A few of the reports we’ve read show that Jenner may have only been insured for $250,000 at the time of the accident. This is an accident where 4 cars were involved and 1 person died. Most people we come into contact with only have $100,000 in car insurance or less and for most it will be sufficient however at times it will fall far short of what is needed.

They are often afraid that selling you a higher premium policy could make you shop around. You really need to insure to protect your assets because this is what insurance is for. Ask about umbrella policies if you need to but have enough insurance to protect your assests.
As far as the accident goes Mr. Jenner still has bigger fish to fry than how much insurance he has. There are potential criminal charges if it can be shown he was negligent at the time of the accident. This is another great lesson… If you are texting at the time of an accident you could be charged with criminal homicide which could result in jail time!
