Most professional license holders in California are required to complete a minimum level of continuing education. This rule applies to Accountants, Doctors of all types (Medical, Dental and Chiropractic), Architects and a few other categories.  This is done to assure that the professional you choose is staying current with the legal aspects of their profession and staying current with advancements in their craft.  The most interesting element of this comes down to “minimum level.”

No one ever hired an attorney to represent them expecting the minimum level of representation. Every client we represent deserves the best we can bring to the table.  Doing our best requires long hours and well above the minimum level of continuing education.  The reality is things change.  Professions are advancing at a rate never seen before and we have to stay current with those changes.  We happily invest in ourselves and that helps us be better advocates for those we serve.

We invest well over what’s required in a classroom without even mentioning the personal case research we do on the lives we touch. The facts of every client are different even when they may appear to be the same.  Those differences matter.  We take classes on how to prepare a case for trial even though most will not end up there.  Starting with the possible end in mind is additional work… our clients are worth it.  Knowing the right way to document the work that needs to be done and doing it will often mean the difference between success and failure.

We represent people who are injured because of the careless and reckless acts of others. At the end of the day your case can only be settled one time and you need to know all of the facts beforehand. The reason that insurance companies have paid our clients in excess of $130,000,000.00 is that we get the facts and are not intimidated at the prospect of going to trial when they refuse to follow the law. We help with serious issues that require serious representation. We are the Law Offices of Guenard & Bozarth. We have over 80 years of experience in our plaintiff’s only law firm. Never in my life did I think I would recommend an attorney. Somehow God sent this angel of an attorney to assist me in my personal injury lawsuit. I was told by lawyers in Bakersfield that my lawsuit was frivolous because there was money in it.
