The U.S. Consumer Product Safety Commission (CPSC) has announced two nationwide recalls for products sold on Amazon that pose a serious risk to children.

1. Fabric Dressers (Romorgniz) – Risk of Tipping Over

• Product: Romorgniz Fabric 12- and 13-Drawer Dressers.
  • About 1,980 dressers total
  • Colors: Rustic brown, pink, white, and black.
  • Sold on Amazon: July through October 2025.
  • Model Numbers: R99MWM12CHMW and R99M9C4CLHW

These dressers are unstable and can easily tip over if not permanently anchored to a wall. This creates a severe risk of children being crushed (entrapment), which can lead to serious injuries or death. These dressers do not meet the new mandatory federal safety requirements (called the STURDY Act) for furniture stability. Consumers are advised to stop using the dressed immediately if it is not secured to a wall and place it where a child does not have access. Consumers are further advised to contact Romorgniz for instructions on how to dispose of the dresser safely and get a full refund. You will need to take a picture of the disposed dresser and email it to [email protected].

2. Play Yards (Anna Queen) – Risk of Suffocation

• Product: Anna Queen Play Yards (portable crib/pen).
  • About 70 units total
  • Features: Black fabric/mesh with multi-colored print (bears and paws) on the top rails.
  • Sold on Amazon: March 2025.
  • Model Number: P700

The design of this play yard is flawed and may allow an infant to get trapped under the mattress or between the mattress and the play yard’s side. This poses a high risk of suffocation or serious injury. As designed, the play yards violate mandatory federal safety standards for play pens. Consumers are advised to STOP USING THE PLAY YARD IMMEDIATELY. Consumers are further advised to contact Anna Queen for a full refund. You must take the play yard apart, cut up the fabric cover and mattress pad, and email a photo of the destroyed product to [email protected] to get your refund. Then, dispose of the destroyed play yard.
