ZLINE Kitchen Ranges Sold At Home Depot, Lowes And Best Buy Recalled

About 28,000 gas ranges sold at Lowes and Home Depot have been recalled because the oven can release what is considered to be dangerous levels of carbon monoxide while in use. The level of carbon monoxide release could potentially cause serious illness or even death U. S. consumer safety official warned. The units in questions were sold between February 2019 and as recently as December 2022.

The Consumer Product Safety Council (CPSC) said it has received 44 reports of carbon monoxide emission and three reports of consumers seeking medical attention. Carbon monoxide is odorless and colorless and every year it kills hundreds and causes illness in thousands of unsuspecting victims. The CPSC recommends the installation of a battery-operated CO detector near every sleeping area of the home and further recommends careful monitoring of that detector. Symptoms of CO poisoning include headache, dizziness, weakness, chest pain, vomiting and confusion. People who are sleeping can die before the symptoms become apparent.

There are several effected models and if you suspect you may have one of the defective units the best place to visit is  Product Recalls | ZLINE Kitchen and Bath. The model number is typically printed on a label on the back of the range or on a label underneath the right side of the range top. The ranges were sold in various color configurations. The ranges were sold at Home Depot, Lowes and Best Buy and were available both in the store and online.

Never in my life did I think I would recommend an attorney. Somehow God sent this angel of an attorney to assist me in my personal injury lawsuit. I was told by lawyers in Bakersfield that my lawsuit was frivolous because there was money in it.
