The "re-accommodation" of Dr. David Dao from a United Airlines Passenger jet was caught on cell phone video by several horrified onlookers and was settled just 20 days after the incident. The settlement is confidential and we know how badly United wanted to get this off the front page of the newspaper and out of the minds of the travelling public. More on this in a moment.

Many of these complaints have been active for a year or longer!
